Nicole Myers
Well-versed in both classical and alternative styles, Nicole is a founding member of Cello Fury, a progressive rock/classical fusion ensemble, and is the director of the Pittsburgh Cello Fest. We're so pleased to have her rich and rhythmic playing in the band!

Rachel Eddy
As a fiddler, singer and multi-instrumentalist, Rachel is well known and well loved in the old-time community. They are a prolific performer and have shared the stage with Tim O’Brien, Uncle Earl, Bruce Molsky and many more. They tour extensively as a soloist and with The Kolodners and The Early Mays. Thanks Rachel for all the fun and adventures, and we know we’ll cross paths on stage soon!
Jason Rafalak
One of the most sought-after players on the national singer-songwriter circuit, Jason has the musical sensitivity and skill to meld into whatever ensemble he is called to play with. Judith Avers
The Early Mays were originally formed in 2013 by Emily, Ellen and their friend Judith Avers.The Mays are grateful for the love, time and talent she lent this group from the earliest beginnings. We'd also like to thank Frances Southwick (the fourth "May") whose enthusiasm was also part of the band’s foundation.
